At no point did the welcoming experience appear forced nor artificial, we experienced it just walking around the facility, it extended to the bus boys.

They all were extremely professional while simultaneously being positive and welcoming.

In the Prestige areas, both the lounge and the beach, our great experience was highlighted by the professional welcoming and skilled service provided by Tanya and Roshane at the Prestige Beach, and Shafa’e, Laura and Sheneille at the Prestige Lounge Desk and Vanessa and Amy at the Prestige Lounge Bar.

Even going to breakfast besides having great food we also had a welcoming experience as Judy was there with her warm and welcoming smile and Candance was there with a welcoming smile and excellent service. The entertainment staff was not only talented, but they were also as welcoming as the rest of the staff, Andre Smalls and Smiley not only keep us entertained we enjoyed hours of friendly game competition. These guys were always ready to ensure our experience did not lack anything and remained top notch each day. Her kindness and professionalism was matched by the butler service we received from Valentine, Zenokie, and Jordan. Our housekeeper was Sharon and she was not only warm, kind and friendly but also professional and excellent in her duties. The positive welcoming atmosphere resides throughout the Grand, from the housekeepers to the Managers. And as great as the location, the facility, the entertainment, the food and the view was, what made the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall so outstanding was the people. Our trip was so amazing it was hard to leave. We experience great live entertainment and fun games. The food was fantastic at every single meal, with a range of variety each day. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location in Montego Bay was absolutely beautiful, especially the morning sunrises and the evening sunsets. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica and was amazed by the outstanding time we had there. We traveled to Jamaica August 3 -13, 2023 to celebrate my retirement.
